2024 Goodtone foreign trade department group building activities - the United States of America Heron Lake group building trip

In June 2024 in order to enhance team cohesion and relax everyone's body and mind, Goodtone's Foreign Trade Department organised a unique group building activity. We chose a luxury villa in the Loon Lake Resort in Foshan, and carried out a bomb party full of joy. Now, let's review this unforgettable group building trip together!

On the day of the activity, the partners of the Foreign Trade Department gathered downstairs of the company as early as possible. Part of the colleagues set off first and went to the market to buy supplies and groceries for the preparation of the subsequent dinner. The rest of the colleagues divided into several groups and drove to the Heron Lake Resort. On the way, everyone was laughing and full of expectation. After about an hour's drive, we finally arrived at the destination.

The first part of the event was a potluck dinner. What was particularly interesting about this potluck was that the colleagues themselves cooked, and we all made all kinds of food together, including fragrant crayfish and other special dishes. The table was filled with delicious dishes made by everyone, and every bite was full of warmth and happiness. Everyone talked about work and life in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, and the distance between each other was unknowingly drawn closer.

After lunch, we started a fun-filled group quiz game. Everyone was randomly divided into two groups, and each group showed a strong teamwork spirit and sense of competition. The questions covered various aspects such as company history, product knowledge, market dynamics and so on. Whenever a question was answered quickly, warm applause and cheers erupted on the spot.

The next singing session was the most awaited moment. The little ones took the microphone and sang out the joy and passion in their hearts. Some colleagues even performed a wonderful dance, which won everyone's applause and laughter. Through singing, we not only relaxed, but also further enhanced our mutual understanding.

After the karaoke, we started the game playing session. This time, the main games were chess and arcade. Whether it was the meditative chess duel or the hot-blooded arcade game, everyone had a great time and the whole villa was filled with laughter.

In addition to playing games, of course, there is no lack of the classic mahjong session. Several colleagues sat around and started a tense and interesting mahjong duel. Everyone showed their card skills in laughter and enjoyed this rare moment of relaxation.

In the evening, we had a barbecue party in the open air barbecue area of the villa. Everyone divided the work into co-operation, some were in charge of building the fire, some prepared the ingredients, and some were in charge of grilling. As the heat of the charcoal fire gradually increased, fragrant barbecued meat, seafood and vegetables came out one after another. Everyone sat around and enjoyed the delicious barbecue while talking about interesting things in work and future plans.

Through this group building activity, we not only relaxed our body and mind, but also enhanced the team cohesion and cooperation spirit. Every colleague showed a positive outlook and good team spirit in the activity, which laid a solid foundation for our future work.
In this beautiful resort, we not only appreciated the beautiful scenery and enjoyed the food, but also gained friendship and happiness.
