Successful mass production of Thailand plant, one of the Group's overseas manufacturing plants
Since January 1, 2025, the Group has set up its first overseas production base in Thailand - Thailand Plant. After nearly 2 months of factory renovation and supply chain construction, and 1 month of equipment introduction and staff training, the Thailand factory was officially put into production on April 3, 2025, and mass production and global shipment were successfully realized on April 25th! This is an important milestone for the Group's internationalization.
I. Background and strategic significance of the project
1、Breakthrough trade barriers: The establishment of the production base in Thailand effectively avoids international trade tariff barriers. Relying on the FTA between Thailand and many countries, the AM market enjoys zero tariffs on exports, and the OEM market is synchronized with the industry's top level, which significantly improves the price competitiveness.
2, seize the regional market: Thailand as the ASEAN manufacturing industry center and new energy transformation front, superimposed on the Southeast Asian household consumption upgrading trend, for the office furniture industry to provide a broad incremental space. Localized production can shorten the delivery cycle, response to customer demand efficiency by more than 30%.
3, globalization layout deepening: after North America, Europe branch, Thailand base to further improve the “China headquarters + overseas manufacturing centers” of the global supply chain network to support the Group's “local supply, global delivery” strategy.
Core Achievements and Technical Advantages
1, production capacity and delivery capacity: a plant area of 5,000 square meters, equipped with flexible production lines, annual production capacity of 200,000 sets of office furniture components, can cover 80% of Southeast Asia within 5 days directly to
2, customer cooperation breakthroughs: has reached a strategic intent with the local Thai, multinational chain of superstores, to undertake Southeast Asia, North America, Europe, healthy office solutions orders, is expected to exceed 20 million yuan in the first year of exports.
Localized operation system: ESG, BSCI, FCCA standards are introduced to create a green park with social responsibility and high quality standards. Establish local supply chain system, deep integration in Thailand, gradually increase the proportion of local material supply to 100%.
Future Planning and Action Direction
1、Capacity expansion: complete the second phase construction before 2027, add leather chairs and sofas production line, the target annual production capacity of 500,000 sets,
2、Market cultivation: relying on the Thailand base radiation in Vietnam, Indonesia and other emerging markets, and the joint network of overseas warehouses in Germany, Dubai, the United States and so on to realize “one country, one policy” precise service.
3. Technological upgrading: invest in automation equipment and IT systems to realize automation and digital operation of production lines by 2026.
